Reihaneh Shankaei, MSc., is an experienced Analytical Chemistry Lab Manager currently leading the Analytical Chemistry Departments at Microban International, overseeing operations in both Huntersville, North Carolina, and Toronto. Reihaneh's previous roles include Senior Analytical Chemist at Thomson Research Associates Inc., where responsibilities included performing chemical analyses and implementing R&D experiments, and Quality Assurance Associate at Nitta Gelatin NA Inc., focusing on compliance and quality system management. Reihaneh began the professional career as a Quality Control Analyst and previously completed a research project at York University, leading to a Master of Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical and Biological Chemistry from the same institution.
