Olga Hoy

Olga Hoy is a Product Development Engineer at Microban International since July 2021 and has extensive experience in the field of chemistry and product development. Prior roles include Senior Research Chemist and Research Chemist at Milliken and Company since April 2013 and January 2012, respectively, as well as serving as a TS&D field engineer for Milliken Chemical from June 2017 to July 2021. Olga also contributed as a Scientist II/Formulation Chemist and later as a Senior Scientist I at Bluestar Silicones from January 2010 to December 2011. Academic experience includes multiple roles as a Research Assistant at Clemson University from 2004 to 2008, where Olga earned a PhD in Material Science with a focus on polymers.
