Steve Lutes has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Steve is currently the Director of Business Development at Microban International, where they support leading companies and ensures the quality control of over 1000 antimicrobial products. Prior to this, Steve worked at Ampacet as a Market Development/Business Manager, where they successfully managed the P&L of various businesses and achieved significant margin growth. Steve also served as the Marketing Manager at Ticona, leading new product and market development with major OEMs and opening up new market opportunities. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Consultant at Innovation & Growth Consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation and product development strategies. Steve also served as the VP Sales & Marketing at Maca, where they implemented groundbreaking injection molding processes and achieved significant cost reductions and quality improvements.

Steve Lutes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical/Mechanical Systems from Oakland University. Steve also holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering with a specialization in Systems Engineering, which they obtained from the same university.
