Shaun Phelan

Shaun Phelan began their career at Smith & Wesson in 2006 as a Process Line Manager, overseeing a team of 100 employees and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. Shaun later took on various roles within the company, including Brand/Product Manager, Director of Customer Service, Director of the SAP Center of Excellence, and Director of Sales and Marketing Operations. In 2020, Shaun joined Orchid LLC as the Vice President of Sales and Implementations before moving on to Microbest, Inc in 2023 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Throughout their career, Shaun has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Shaun Phelan obtained a BA in Government/Public Administration from Western New England University in 1997. Shaun went on to earn an M.Ed in Recreation Management from Springfield College in 1999. In 2014, they completed their MBA with a focus in Management from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in marketing and advertising in 2020.
