M.sc Jessica Edward

Jessica Edward, M.Sc, MBA, serves as Business Unit Manager and R&D Group Leader at Microbial Discovery Group since September 2014, where responsibilities include leading research and microbiology efforts. Prior experience includes a role as Research Associate at R&D Systems focused on cell culture development and the optimization of fermentation processes. Jessica began their research career as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in carbohydrate analysis of Candida albicans. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Infectious Diseases and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as an MBA from Marquette University.
