Shannon Losing

Shannon Losing is a seasoned professional in the field of microbiology and quality assurance, currently serving as the Regulatory and Quality Manager at Microbial Discovery Group since June 2015. In this role, Shannon has been instrumental in leading quality development and implementing the company’s HACCP program. Prior experience includes positions at Lallemand Inc. from 2000 to 2015, where Shannon held various roles including Microbial Technical Service Manager, overseeing microbiology laboratories and quality programs, and Deputy Manager QA in the Specialty Products Division, assisting with documentation and supplier verification. Shannon's career also includes a role as a McNair Scholar Mentor at Marian University and quality control tasks at SKW Biosystems and United Vaccines. Shannon holds a Bachelor's of Science in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, with additional educational experience from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
