Heather Smedstad

Heather Smedstad is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in business systems analysis and management. Currently serving as the IT Business Relationship Manager and Business Systems Analyst at Microbiologics, Inc. since December 2018, Heather built prior expertise at Marco Technologies as a Business Systems Analyst II and at NativeX, where roles included Manager of Advertising Operations and Sr. Ad Operations Manager. Earlier in the career path, Heather gained foundational skills as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Pfizer from July 2003 to July 2010. An alumnus of St. Catherine University, Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management, as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management.
