Kali Sorum

Kali Sorum, RM(NRCM), has extensive experience in technical support and marketing within the microbiology sector. In the current role as Technical Marketing Manager and Technical Support Manager at Microbiologics, Inc. since March 2012, Kali leads a global technical support team focused on product education and troubleshooting, while investigating product complaints related to medical device, pharmaceutical microbiology, food processing microbiology, molecular biological techniques, and the microbiological control of cannabis. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens from August 2009 to March 2012, where responsibilities included processing insurance claims, managing medication orders, filling prescriptions, training new technicians, and overseeing scheduling. Kali holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Music and Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
