Karen Riedel-Gallagher

Karen Riedel-Gallagher has had a long and varied career in fitness and nutrition. Karen began their career in 1996 as a Personal Trainer at Bally Total Fitness. In 1999, they became a Coach & Trainer at the ARC Figure Skating Academy. In 2001, they worked as a Personal Trainer/Nutritionist at Oasis Fitness and an Administrative Assistant at TDS Global Consulting. In 2002, they became a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym Virginia, and in 2005 they worked as a Nutritionist at Extreme Fitness. In 2016, they began working as an Independent Property Manager. In 2020, they began working as a Holistic Nutritionist at Durham Natural Health Centre, and in 2021 they became a Regional Account Manager at Microbiome Labs, where they work with clients to present strategic solutions, develops strategies to meet performance targets, and integrates various sales plans.

Karen Riedel-Gallagher has a diverse education history. In 1995, they obtained a Personal Trainer Specialist certification from ACE. In 2000, they obtained a Certified Holistic Nutritionist certification from the Canadian College of Holistic Nutrition and a Power Skating Coach certification from the Canadian Figure Skating Association. Karen also obtained a NCCP Level 1 Certified National Figure Skating Coach certification from the Canadian Figure Skating Association. In 2001, they obtained a Personal Trainer Specialist certification from Can Fit Pro and a Spinning Instructor certification from Mad Dogg Spinning. In 2012, they obtained a Sports Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification from ISSA. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Culinary Nutritionist certification from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. In 2016, they obtained an Institute of Integrative Nutrition certification and a ISSA Sports and Conditioning Specialist certification. In 2017, they obtained a Registered Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, specializing in Health Coaching, Nutrition, and Life Coaching.
