Trent Morrow has extensive experience in sales and marketing. Trent started their career in 2000 as an Account Manager for Panasonic Australia, where they were responsible for managing and delivering a $30M budget. In 2003, they moved to Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd as a National Account Manager, where they employed high-level business relationship management and sales expertise to direct account activities and drive explosive YOY revenue growth. In 2009, they were hired as a National Account Manager for McPherson's Consumer Products, where they effectively led, trained, and developed a sales team while delivering strategic management for national personal care sales. In 2012, they became the Managing Director of Marathon Man, where they managed finances, logistics, operations and branding. In 2015, they were hired as the Marketing & New Business Development Manager for CEP - the intelligent sportswear, where they navigated a constantly-changing environment to lead strategic marketing, partnership, and develop new sponsorship initiatives. In 2016, they became the General Manager of Altra Running, a VF Company, where they championed the formation and management of a viable national direct business model. Finally, in 2019, they became Self Employed as a Consultant I Sales Manager I Speaker, where they utilized sales and marketing expertise to provide high-level consultation and strategic planning. In 2021, they were hired as the Regional Account Manager for Microbiome Labs, where they are tasked with exceeding key performance targets and developing strategies to meet metrics within the assigned region.

Trent Morrow completed their HSC at Trinity Grammar School. Trent then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Politics & History from The Australian National University. Lastly, they obtained a Masters of Business in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
