Norton Peet

Norton Peet has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research and consulting. Norton started their career in 1996 at the Hoechst Ariad Genomics Center as the Head of Medicinal Chemistry and Distinguished Scientist. Norton then moved to aventis in 1998, where they served as the Head of Medicinal Chemistry and Distinguished Scientist. Peet joined ArQule, Inc. in 2000 as the Vice President of Discovery Alliances and later became the CEO at Aurigene Discovery Technologies in 2002. In 2005, they worked as the Director of Chemistry at Microbiotix, Inc. and as an International R&D Consultant at Peet Consulting. Lastly, in 2006, Norton Peet became a Scientific Advisory Board Member at Vivo Biosciences, Inc.

Norton Peet earned their PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in the years 1966 to 1970.
