Hanne de Mora

Hanne de Mora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chairperson of BackPack Foundation since October 2021, Hanne de Mora focuses on empowering talented women in fields such as medicine, bio-science, technology, and leadership. Hanne has held prominent positions as Client Service Partner and Chairperson at a-connect since May 2002, and has been Chairperson at Microcaps AG since March 2019. As a Non-Executive Director, Hanne contributes to Nestlé, where Hanne is also the Chair of the Sustainability Committee, and has held similar roles at Volvo Group, Metso Outotec, Sandvik, TOMRA, and Telenor. Additionally, Hanne serves as Vice Chair of the Foundation and Supervisory Board at IMD Business School, bringing valuable expertise garnered through an MBA from IESE Business School and earlier education at HEC Lausanne.
