Carlo Lombardi

Carlo Lombardi is a seasoned electronics professional with extensive experience in embedded systems and electronic design. Currently serving as a Principal Embedded System Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. since February 2006, Carlo has previously held positions as an Electronic Designer and R&D Manager at Cameron from 2002 to 2006, and as an Electronic Designer at IREM SpA from 1997 to 2001. Earlier career roles include Researcher at RAI Research Center and Telecom Italia Research Center, focusing on telecommunications laser reliability, and a European Fellow at CNRS involved in atomic clock labs. Carlo holds a Laurea in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, awarded in 1992.
