Rick Romeo

Rick Romeo is a seasoned Medical Device QA/RA Executive with twenty-five years of experience in various leadership roles within medical device manufacturing. Currently serving as a Quality Engineering Manager at Microchip Technology Inc., they previously held key positions at companies such as ClearLine MD and Analogic, where they managed quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operations for a range of medical devices. Rick has extensive expertise in FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, and continuous improvement processes, and has significantly contributed to quality systems establishment and the successful transfer of manufacturing processes internationally. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
