Rob Gagnon is an Engineering Manager at Notarize. Rob has over fifteen years of experience in product development and system management. Rob started their career as a SQA Engineer at Network Appliance and then became a Principal SQA Eng at Revivio, Inc. In 2007, they joined F5 Networks as Director of System Management/Product Development. Rob led and coordinated tasks across multiple Agile and Waterfall project teams spanning geographically dispersed sites to ensure the overall quality and deployment readiness for the release. This included, requirements analysis and negotiations with architects, product managers, customer account teams, development teams and customer support and readiness teams. In addition, they coordinated development and test schedules, conducted backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo/retrospectives, as well as feature demonstrations across the organization. Rob was also responsible for the creation and review of testing strategies, reviewing and triaging of incoming internal bugs and customer issues, and subsequent RCA and trend analysis. Also, as a hands-on, team-oriented individual, they also took on the responsibility for the execution of end-to-end customer scenario testing.

Rob Gagnon has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Rob is also certified as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
