Shintaro Toguchi

Shintaro Toguchi is a Radiation Effects Engineer in the FPGA Business Unit at Microchip Technology. They previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant at both the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and Vanderbilt University, focusing on radiation effects and reliability in 3D-stacked devices and circuits. Shintaro holds a Ph.D. in Radiation Effects and Reliability from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Master of Engineering and a Research Assistant position from The University of Tokyo. Additionally, they possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osaka University.
