She has over 12 years of experience in corporate immigration law and was a former partner at Kumar Pathak, LLC and managed the firm’s immigration law practice followed by her experience in the two other related firms. Ms. Bhuchar worked for Merrill Cohen and Associates, a boutique Immigration Law Firm in New York City where she gained experience in complex immigration cases with Fortune 500 and multi-national companies. Ms. Bhuchar has been entrusted as an immigration counsel for many global IT companies and other businesses.
