Aya Khairy

Aya Khairy has had a diverse and experienced career. Aya currently holds the position of Senior Director, Marketing and Learning at Microfund for Women, where they have been working since March 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Petra National Trust from January 2016 to March 2019. Aya has also worked as an Advisor at Girls in Tech, Inc. in 2015 and as an Independent Content Consultant at Nibras.com from October 2013 to May 2015. Aya has also held the role of Senior Adminstration and Programs Manager at Columbia University Middle East Research Center from 2008 to 2012. Aya has experience as a Consultant at SunGard Higher Education from August 2007 to August 2008, and as a Registrar at Royal University for Women from August 2005 to August 2007. Aya started their career as a Student Records/ MBA Program Coordinator at University College of Bahrain from April 2004 to July 2005.

Aya Khairy completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from McGill University between 1998 and 2003. Aya also obtained a certification in "The Healing Power of Difficult Compassion" from LinkedIn in 2022.
