Karenn Ayala-Montalvo

Karenn Ayala-Montalvo is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and territory sales across the healthcare and medical device sectors. Since October 2019, Karenn has served as an Account Executive at MicroGenDX, following a tenure as a Sales Representative at Natvar. Previous roles include Account Manager for the Southeast Region at Syneron Candela, where significant sales achievements were recorded, and Territory Sales Manager at ProCare Pharmacy, where a successful Diabetes Management Program was developed. Karenn holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UCLA and earned two MBAs in Leadership and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
