Andrew Schuy

Andrew Schuy is currently a Support Technician at Microland Computer Center. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Louisiana Heart Hospital from June 2016 to May 2017. There, they administered user accounts within several systems, installed and supported CISCO voip phones, and worked with vendors to maintain and manage critical network infrastructure. From August 2015 to June 2016, they worked as a Contract-for-hire IT Technician at Microland Computer Center, providing end user support through hardware and software troubleshooting at the Louisiana Heart Hospital. There, they also created and managed user accounts within a Windows Active Directory environment, Office 365, and its various EMR systems.

Andrew Schuy completed an associate's degree in computer systems networking and telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute-Eden Prairie.
