Johnathan Lascari

Johnathan Lascari is currently a Support Technician at Microland Computer Center. Prior to this, they worked as a Desktop Technician at Slidell Memorial Hospital from October 2009 to November 2010 and at Geek Squad from September 2006 to September 2009 as a CIA (Counter Intelligence Agent).

Lascari has extensive experience in troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, software, operating systems and Internet connections. Johnathan is also proficient in software installations and upgrades. In their previous roles, they were responsible for assisting customers, checking in products for service, performing basic testing to determine product needs and service solutions, facilitating in-store sales, upgrades, installations and service, and maintaining system Tape backups for Laboratory and Accounting/Billing.

Lascari has excellent communication skills and is able to coordinate efforts to meet all deadlines. Johnathan is a reliable and hardworking individual who always puts the needs of the customer first.

Johnathan Lascari received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Concentration in Computer Networking and Security Tech. from Herzing University-New Orleans. Johnathan also has a 2yr Associate degree in Computer Science with a Concentration on Networking and Security from Herzing University.
