Ezra Koilram possesses over a decade of experience in backup management and technical support, currently serving as Senior Subject Matter Expert (Sr SME) - Backup at Microland Limited since March 2012, following a progressive career that includes roles as SME - Backup and Associate SME - Backup. Prior experience includes a position as Technical Support Executive at Softcell Technologies Limited from January 2010 to March 2012, and a role as Programmer at SRM University from March 2008 to January 2009. Ezra Koilram holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Infant Jesus College of Engineering, affiliated with Anna University (2003 - 2007), and completed higher secondary education at Caldwell Higher Secondary School, specializing as a General Machinist (June 2002 - March 2003).
