Karthik Kambhampti is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and technology architecture, currently serving as Solution Director - Service Management and Principal Solution Architect at Microland Limited since July 2021. Prior to this, Karthik spent over 15 years at Infosys Ltd, holding roles such as Technology Architect and Technology Lead, where expertise in ServiceNow implementation across various industries was demonstrated. Significant contributions include consulting on technical solutions, leading efforts in ITSM, HR, and business process automation, and successfully managing platform governance and support for multiple high-profile clients. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, obtained in 2006.
