Pramod Ramachandra

Pramod Ramachandra is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director of Business Finance at Microland Limited since January 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to Microland, Pramod was Managing Partner at FinDude and served as Adecco India's Head of Management Control and Planning at The Adecco Group. With a robust background at Capgemini as Senior Manager, Pramod led finance controllership for a $150M SBU while engaging in strategic initiatives, annual operating planning, and complex deal pricing. Earlier roles include India Controller for SunEdison and positions at Mphasis Ltd and Cognizant Technology Solutions, building a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis, revenue management, and capital expenditures. Pramod holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
