Richard Isaias

Richard Isaias has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily with Microland Limited since December 2010, where various roles include Associate Manager of Service Delivery, Project Manager, Americas Pole Leader, and Shift Lead. Responsibilities have focused on restoring service operations, mitigating impacts on client business, and handling routing and switching network issues. Additionally, Richard has experience as a Network Administrator, managing incidents and troubleshooting Juniper SSL VPN issues, and as a Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Active Directory, SCCM console, Forefront Identity Manager, and Office 365. Prior experience includes a role in tech support at Mphasis from August 2009 to August 2010.
