Sonam Chawla

Sonam Chawla has worked as a Human Resources Lead at Microland Limited since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Executive at HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division) from March 2013 to February 2020. Their responsibilities included sourcing candidates and screening them for various roles. Before that, they were an HR Executive at F.O.B.S PVT LTD from June 2012 to February 2013, where they hired executives for international BPO Voice Process and other entry-level positions. Additionally, they also have experience as an HR Executive at RR Associates from May 2011 to July 2011.

Sonam Chawla completed their Master's Degree in MBA- HR & FINANCE from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) at MLN College from 2007 to 2010. Their earlier education took place at ST.THOMAS SCHOOL,HARYANA, between 1993 and 2005.
