Currently serving as an Assembly Lab Manager at Microlumen Medical Tubing, Joel leads a team focused on precision, quality, and on-time delivery. Joel also has experience in coaching soccer and managing construction projects at companies like Tampa Bay United Soccer Club, Ryland Homes, and Standard Pacific Homes. Joel holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Hillsborough Community College.
