Pasquale Muia

Pasquale Muia is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at MicroLumen®, Pasquale previously held the position of Executive Director and Site Operations Leader at Anika, where oversight included manufacturing and P&L for medical device products. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Global Operations and Technology at Hoveround Corporation, where leadership encompassed multi-site operations and strategic goals. Prior roles also include Vice President of Operations and General Manager at West Florida Services, Director of Operations at Baxter International Inc., Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, and Application Development Manager at Cargill. Pasquale holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from Kean University.
