Every project manager knows the pain: hours lost chasing contractor updates, extracting action items from meeting notes, writing follow-up emails, and manually tracking who owes what by when. Across construction, architecture, hospitality development, and any industry that coordinates complex multi-party projects — the same administrative burden drains the people who should be focused on building.
Micromanager AI is the intelligence layer that eliminates that burden entirely.
Our platform listens to your meetings, automatically extracts every task, commitment, and action item, then generates and sends follow-ups on your behalf. It tracks contractor performance, monitors project risk, and surfaces the insights that typically get buried in email threads and meeting minutes.
The result: project managers reclaim 30+ hours per week. Teams stay aligned. Nothing falls through the cracks.
What makes us different is that we don't replace your existing tools — we make them smarter. Micromanager AI works alongside the platforms you already use, adding an autonomous intelligence layer that handles the coordination work humans shouldn't have to do manually.
Built for general contractors, owner's representatives, architectural firms, developers, and any organization managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Our platform is powered by a proprietary multi-model AI architecture that intelligently routes tasks across different AI systems for maximum performance at a fraction of the cost.

Founded by Daniel Merrill, an AI engineer with deep expertise in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and large language model architecture. Daniel and his team designed/built the entire platform from the ground up, engineering a proprietary multi-model AI architecture that intelligently routes tasks across different AI systems for maximum performance at a fraction of the cost. The platform is live and already transforming how teams manage complex projects. Book a demo and see it in action!
