Management and Operations

The Management and Operations team at Micromed® Group oversees the strategic planning, coordination, and optimization of company activities to ensure efficient delivery of neurodiagnostic solutions. This includes quality assurance, operations management, business unit leadership, global R&D, clinical application management, office administration, international sales coordination, overall sales direction, project management, and EEG product oversight. The team works collaboratively to streamline processes, enhance product offerings, and maintain high standards in delivering medical devices globally.
