John P. Spiezio

John P. Spiezio is an experienced leader in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at IEH Corporation and MicroMetl Corporation, and as Board Chair at ADDAPT. As the Founder and CEO of HMW Solutions since June 2021, and Chairperson of the Board at GRC Inc., Spiezio has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and strategic oversight. Previously, Spiezio held significant roles such as General Manager at WHI-Fairfield Division and Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Hicksville Machine Works Corporation, where leadership capabilities were showcased in a family-owned aerospace manufacturing environment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Marquette University.
