Alex Chang is currently the Vice President and General Manager of Assembly and Testing at Micron Technology in Taiwan, overseeing advanced packaging and testing for DRAM technologies. Previously, they held various leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors, including roles as VP, Sr. Manager, and Director in both assembly and technical management. Alex gained early experience as an engineer at Taiflex Scientific and as a package development engineer at Philips Semiconductors. They hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
