Cr Parthasarathy

CR Parthasarathy is a seasoned professional in the field of microelectronics, currently serving as Director of Technology Development at Micron Technology since August 2019. Previously, CR held various roles at STMicroelectronics from 1995 to 2019, including Senior Manager and Sr. Principal Engineer, focusing on ESD solutions for SoCs, ESD development methodologies, and product robustness. CR's earlier experience encompasses reliability engineering and design engineering roles, contributing to the development of reliability models and managing design projects such as PLLs and standard cells. CR holds a Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Aix-Marseille University, a Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College.
