Donna Aaron

Donna Aaron, MBA, CSDP, is a Senior Manager of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at Micron Technology, where they have been leading initiatives since 2022. With over 20 years of experience, they have held roles in various organizations, including serving as a Global Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Lockheed Martin since 2019 and volunteering as a Marketing Consultant at the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion. Previously, Aaron held multiple positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Diversity Program Manager and Government Sales Manager, where they significantly contributed to diversifying hiring practices and optimizing sales. They are currently pursuing both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Northwood University.
