Guohua Wei is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Micron Technology, where they have contributed as a Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) since 2020. Prior to this, they served as Principal Materials Scientist and held roles as a Surface Scientist at Micron from 2016 to 2020. Guohua was also a Visiting Scholar at The Ohio State University from 2003 to 2005 and earned a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from The University of Alabama in 2003, following a B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
