Jambulingam Muthu

Jambulingam Muthu, known as Jambu, is a Senior Product Development Engineer specializing in High Bandwidth Memory at Micron Technology since 2024. Jambu previously held roles at Intel Corporation and Micron Technology, where responsibilities included pre-silicon design validation, post-silicon testing, and collaborations across various engineering teams. Jambu earned a Master’s degree in VLSI and Computer Architecture from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from Anna University.
