Je-Min Yoo

Je-Min Yoo is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in CMOS device technology and process integration. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Micron Technology since June 2020, Je-Min Yoo focuses on next-generation technology development, achieving advancements in cSiGe process optimization and NMOS performance enhancement. Prior to this role, Je-Min Yoo worked at Samsung Electronics as a Senior Engineer from July 2013 to May 2020, specializing in transistor research and development for advanced FinFET technologies. Je-Min Yoo’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Utah, supported by research positions at multiple institutions, including significant contributions in microfabrication and semiconductor process engineering.
