Kate Maakestad

Kate Maakestad is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Chief Flight Attendant at Micron Technology since March 2022. With a diverse background in flight attendance across several companies including Jet Aviation Staffing, Ascend Performance Materials, and BOMBARDIER, Kate has developed expertise in performing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures to ensure passenger safety and comfort. Additional roles have involved corporate flight attendance and excellent customer service, complemented by extensive training in culinary skills and emergency protocols. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management & Corporate Finance from St. Mary's University and various certifications in cabin attendance and food safety.
