Klaus Thul has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Director of Smart Manufacturing & AI for FE Yield at Micron Technology since November 2008. Prior roles at Micron include Senior Manager for the Manufacturing Central Team focused on Yield Enhancement, Manager of DRAM Process Integration, and Principal Engineer in Process Integration at Inotera Memories. Prior to joining Micron, Klaus worked at Infineon Technologies from June 1998 to October 2008, where positions included Deputy Director of Product Engineering and Department Manager for WAT & Device at Inotera Memories. Klaus began the career as a Staff Engineer in Process Integration at SC300. Klaus holds a Diplom-Physiker degree in Solid-State Physics and Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University, completed in 1998.
