Luis Rosas

Luis Rosas is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Micron Technology since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rosas was the Mexico HR Director at Specialized Packaging Group from August 2023 to June 2024 and Human Resources Director at Flex from August 2013 to February 2023, where responsibilities included developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and managing HR programs across multiple sectors with significant employee bases. Additional roles included Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager at Flex, as well as Training and Development Manager at Solectron.
