Marc Aoulaiche

Marc Aoulaiche has extensive experience in technology development, particularly in NAND cell and process development at Micron Technology since January 2014, where roles have included Senior Manager, Team Lead, Principal Engineer, and Senior Engineer. Previous contributions at imec involved senior researcher positions focusing on electrical characterization, leakage mechanisms, and reliability in various memory technologies including MIMCAP and DRAM peripherals. With a solid educational foundation comprising a PhD in reliability from KU Leuven and numerous advanced degrees in microelectronics and physics from institutions such as Aix-Marseille I, Marc Aoulaiche has established a strong background in emerging memories and device reliability.
