Melissa Rogalsky Thomsen is an experienced professional in global supply chain and customer experience operations, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Micron Technology since August 2013. Throughout their career at Micron, Melissa has led cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives, optimized customer experience programs, and exceeded revenue goals in various roles, including Chief of Staff and Senior Manager positions. Prior experience includes serving as COO at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho, where Melissa restructured staff roles and managed grants, alongside roles such as Interim CEO and Vice President of Programs, focusing on program development and strategic growth.
