Meng-Hsien Chen

Meng-Hsien (Martin) Chen is an experienced RD Process Engineer with a strong background in semiconductor processing, particularly in the dry etch field. They have worked at Micron Technology from 2021 and previously held positions at 台積電 and Case Western Reserve University, where their research focused on zinc coating performance and gas-metal reactions in advanced high-strength steels. They earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, following a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Feng Chia University.
