Nilay Nigam

Nilay Nigam is a Staff Engineer specializing in Machine Learning, Smart Manufacturing, and AI at Micron Technologies. With a focus on developing scalable ML pipelines and implementing MLOps principles, Nilay previously served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, where they led projects aimed at improving manufacturing quality through predictive simulations and automated dashboards. Before joining Micron, Nilay worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where they developed models for sentiment analysis in the hotel industry and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology.
