Paritosh Meihar

Paritosh Meihar is currently a Senior Engineer in DRAM CMOS Device Integration at Micron Technology, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Paritosh completed a PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, focusing on the fabrication, characterization, and physics & circuit-based modeling of ferroelectric memory devices from July 2018 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as a Faculty at Excellent Education Limited, where interactive teaching methods were utilized for competitive exam preparation, and as an Advanced Mathematics Expert at Chegg India. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and several online courses in Verilog HDL, VLSI Design, supervised machine learning, and Bayesian statistics.
