Ramitha Rupasinghe

Ramitha Rupasinghe, PhD, is a Senior Engineer in Wet Process at Micron Technology, specializing in Advanced DRAM and 3D DRAM, with a focus on developing and optimizing processes for improved product quality and reliability since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Student and PhD Candidate at Purdue University, where research concentrated on the synthesis and characterization of organometallic lanthanide and actinide complexes, contributing significantly to the fields of nuclear waste separations and f-element chemistry. Ramitha Rupasinghe has also held internships and research assistant positions across various institutions, including synthesizing novel ALD and CVD precursors at Micron Technology and conducting significant research at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and University of Minnesota-Morris. Ramitha Rupasinghe earned a PhD in Chemistry (Inorganic) from Purdue University and a BA in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Morris.
