Ray Murakami

Ray Murakami is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial transactions and corporate law. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Transactions at Micron Technology, Ray has held prominent positions such as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel, Director and Associate General Counsel, and Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Western Digital. Ray's career also includes roles as Senior Counsel and Associate General Manager at HCL America, Legal Counsel at Ditech Networks, and Senior Contract Manager at Atmel. Ray holds a JD in Law from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
