Sarah McLaughlin

Sarah McLaughlin, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at Micron Technology since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Enlyte from July 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included supporting nearly 800 employees across various functional groups as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Sarah's experience encompasses multiple human resources roles including Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Generalist in previous positions, notably at SThree and Delaware North. Sarah began a career in human resources through internships and assistant roles while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at San Diego State University. Additionally, Sarah gained international experience studying at London Metropolitan University in 2013.
