Julio Cardona

Julio Cardona currently serves as the Lead/Senior Business Partner for Global Human Resources at General Motors, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Cardona was the Global Lead for Human Resources at Meta from January 2022 to July 2023 and Director of Global Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2021 to January 2022, where the organization was recognized as 2022 Top DEI Global Champions. Cardona’s earlier experience includes roles as Lecturer and Head of Human Resources & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Michigan from January 2017 to January 2021, and Senior Manager of Learning and Development, Global Human Resources at SAP from January 2015 to January 2017, contributing to SAP being recognized as 2016 Learning Elite Winners. Julio Cardona holds an Executive Leadership Program degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Ph.D. in Higher Education, focusing on Organizational Behavior and Management, from the University of Michigan.
