Wesley Jen

Wesley Jen is a Senior Engineer at Micron Memory Taiwan, where they focus on process development and optimization for advanced memory technologies. Previously, Wesley contributed as a Senior Engineer in various roles at Micron Technology from 2018 to 2020, specializing in diffusion R&D and process ownership for DRAM and NAND technologies. They have experience in research and development at Intel Corporation and have undertaken significant research assignments as an Undergraduate Researcher at both Rutgers University and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Currently, Wesley is pursuing a PhD in Materials Engineering at Boise State University, focusing on scalable deposition processes for semiconductor devices.
